Poor Sierra has tested positive for feline leukemia.  Although feline leukemia isn't transmittable to dogs or humans, it is very contagious to other cats.  Please share this with anyone you think might be able to give Sierra a home as an only cat, or a  home with other felv+ cats.  Although she is healthy and happy at the moment, there is a good chance she will have a shorter life span than a felv- cat.  She's a sweet and loving girl, and we'd love to find her a loving home. If you think you might be the home for Sierra , please email adoptions@catrangers.org or call 770-831-5513.  If we can't find a home for her this week, she will need to be transferred to a sanctuary for feline leukemia cats on Sunday, September 11th.
