Sweet Stephen found himself in a Northern Ga animal control. He's a lovable little boy, but was very frightened and confused as to what had happened to him. One day he had a family, the next he was in animal control. CatRangers went in to save him and now he's in a wonderful foster home where he is getting much needed TLC. He now is looking for a furrrever home and would make a wonderful addition to any family.
