Shay Shay, was rescued by CatRangers from a high kill shelter in North Georgia. She is a loving and affectionate girl and was recently diagnosed with a diaphramatic hernia that is now beginning to affect her ability to breathe. She must have emergency surgery and CatRangers needs to raise $4800 to cover surgery for this very special girl.
