Socks and his sister Scooby find themselves turned in by their owners at age 7.  He's a bit confused but it has not slowed down his outgoing personality.  He loves to play fetch and especially loves to play with children.  Socks is very vocal and is enjoying catching up with his foster dad.  His big question is when will my new family come to get me? He would really appreciate being adopted with his best friend and sister.
