Armstrong is one of our famous “astronaut kittens,” rescued with his littermates from the euthanasia list after battling severe eye infections. Against the odds, he’s the only member of the crew to keep both of his bright eyes — and he hasn’t stopped using them to explore ever since.

At four months old, Armstrong has grown into his role as a classic orange cat in every way: endlessly curious, a little mischievous, and irresistibly lovable. He’s always in the middle of the action, whether it’s climbing, pouncing, or darting after the feather chaser like a rocket on re-entry. But the moment you reach down to pet him, his rumbling purr kicks in like a motor.

Armstrong isn’t just adventurous — he’s also wonderfully people-oriented. He would be a fantastic companion for families with children, since he loves to play and thrives on attention. He also has excellent litter box habits, eats both wet and dry food, and gets along well with other cats.
